Activity 2

Skilled nursing and long term care services were provided by our 60 bed skilled nursing facility. Heritage Place provides healing and compassionate residential care in a home like setting. Total admissions for the 2011 tax year were 37 and total resident days of care were 20,449. An average of 56 residents per day were provided long term care and nursing. Ancillary services for residents included 10,971 physical therapy treatments, while outpatients received 3,431 therapy treatments.

Activity 3

The Hospital operates 9 family and specialty physician services clinics providing care in the following areas: Family medicine, Women's health, Pediatrics, Neurology, Pain Management, Surgery, and Orthopedics. Other outpatient clinics include Wound care, Sleep studies, Forensic services, and the provision of Durable medical equipment. During the 2011 tax year, physician and specialty services were provided for 22,682 patient visits. Over 2,700 wound care procedures, 145 forensic exams, and 215 sleep studies were also performed.
