“| Explanation:| Reason for non-preparation of Land Buildings and Equipment: For a number of years the Association was not required to file Form 990 information returns because the gross receipts were below the filing minimum. During that period records of fixed assets were not maintained. The cost depreciated basis and vaue of those assets are now unknown. If required by the Internal Revenue Service Code of Regulations the assets will be inventoried appraised and balance sheet prepared.”
