The organization, through its supported organization Auction Napa Valley, shares jointly-owned facilities with the Napa Valley Vintners, a related section 501(c)(6) organization. In addition, the organization is charged a fee for services provided by employees of the Napa Valley Vintners.

The Form 990 is prepared by a public accounting firm. It is reviewed and approved by a board appointed committee prior to filing.

Form 990, Part VI, Line 12C: Explanation of Monitoring and Enforcement of Conflicts

Board members are required to complete a conflict of interest questionnaire annually. Any identified conflicts of interest are then reviewed by the Board of Directors. Any conflicts that come to the attention of the Board at any time during regularly scheduled board meetings are also addressed at such meetings.
