The Foundations purpose is to promote and supplement the budget of the Walla Walla Fair and Frontier Days, which operates the Walla Walla County Annual Fair each year and to provide funds to improve the facilities of the Walla Walla County Fair. This is accomplished by soliciting donations from the general public via mail campaigns, a fundraising activity, called "Fair Showcase" to raise donations and application for grants from other foundations and government programs. The Foundation also contributes funds to organizations associated with the Walla Walla County Fair each year to further their activities for the youth involved in the Walla Walla County Annual Fair.
