Part X : FIN48 Footnote

The Organization is being operated in accordance with the applicable requirements of the Internal Revenue Code section 501( c)(2) as a tax-exempt entity. The Organization's management believes that its status as a tax-exempt entity and its associated filings are not subject to examination by appropriate authorities prior to January 1, 2011. Therefore, it is believed that the Organization's exposure to potential penalty and/or taxes would be limited to periods beginning on or after January 1, 2011. The Organization's activities do not generate any unrelated business income beyond what has been reported in its tax filings and has not been liable for any unrelated business income taxes due to the fact that its unrelated business activities generate a loss.

The Organization's management believes that its status as a tax-exempt entity and its associated filings are not subject to examination by appropriate authorities prior to January 1, 2011. Therefore, it is believed that the Organization's exposure to potential penalty and/or taxes would be limited to periods beginning on or after January 1, 2011. The Organization's activities do not generate any unrelated business income beyond what has been reported in its tax filings and has not been liable for any unrelated business income taxes due to the fact that its unrelated business activities generate a loss.
