The Internal Revenue Service has recognized the Organization as a tax-exempt organization under Internal Revenue Code Section 501(c)(3). The Organization's income tax filings are subject to examination by various taxing authorities. The Organization's open examination periods are 2010 and thereafter. The Organization follows the provisions of uncertain tax positions as addressed in FASB Accounting Standards Codification Subtopic 740-10, Income Taxes. The Organization believes that it has appropriate support for any tax positions taken, and as such, does not have any uncertain tax positions that are material to the financial statements.
