“The bylaws were updated effective march 12, 2015 with the following changes: article 3.4 - the immediate past president, if not otherwise qualified to serve as a director, shall be a nonvoting member of the board. Each director shall take office at the first meeting of the board following the annual meeting. Directors may not be elected by the members to more than two consecutive three-year terms. Following the expiration of the second term in which a director was elected by the members, a director must remain off the board for one year before nomination or election to the positon of director.article 3.5 - the annual meeting was changed from january to november each year.article 3.18.2 - the corporation's officers shall be voting members of the executive committee and the immediate past president shall be a nonvoting member.”
