Conflict of interest disclosures are reviewed with the Department of Legal Affairs if it is determined that an actual conflict exists. Appropriate follow-up action will be taken with the individual to rectify the conflict.

IRS990ScheduleO/GeneralExplanation/Explanation10Sojourner Place & Providence Hospitality House: Volunteers provide services in repairs, maintenance and upkeep of the internal and external building and property as well as assisting with the meal preparation for the residents and offering life skills services and activities for the residents. Additionally, volunteers provide tutoring and mentoring for our residents. They also provide administrative assistance skills, life skill classes, ESL classes, citizenship classes and childcare services as well as collecting, sorting, cleaning and preparing donated items for use by the residents. Building Bridges: Volunteers work in committees in planning for professional educational development for providers of care of over 5,000 children in pediatric long-term care settings. Additionally they assist in networking, offer technical assistance, and advocacy with the goal of assisting over 120 residential nursing facilities in providing optimal care to pediatric residents. Providence Pariseau Board & Committees: Providence Pariseau Board is an all volunteer board. There are two active committees, the Finance / Executive Committee and the Development Committee. The Finance / Executive Committee members are responsible for general management and strategic planning of the ministry. The Development Committee is responsible for the planning, preparation and support of the major events for fundraising.
