Sunday Evening Church Services with an emphasis on expository Bible teaching, so men and women can grow in their understanding of who Jesus Christ is. 40 people were involved. Offerings from our Sunday Evening Services totaled $41,730.00 in 2021. Covid limited our services in 2021.$0$50,362
Missionary work in Nepal. We take destitute young women and send them through a 4 month residential training program in Nepal, teaching them how to sew and run a business. Gross Rents - because Covid shut down all of our retreats and conferences we ended up renting out some of our facilities as single family dwellings and the total rent we received in 2021 was $64998.

Grants and similar amounts paid over $5000.00 1. Rescue Training and Design Center - Nepal - $8995.00 - we take 10 destitute young women in Nepal at one time and teach them how to sew and run a small business along with sharing the gospel of Jesus Christ with them. Normally this is a 4 month residential program operated by Nepali nationals to whom we provide scholarships for these students. Covid shut down the operation for most of 2021. 2. Benevolence - Nepal - We have various pastors and individuals that we help with financial support in their personal ministries. In 2021 we sent $5105.00 to one pastor who distributed those funds to other pastors, orphans, and school children needing financial help. Total grants for 2021 were $20,018.

Community Bible School leases from Greg and Teresa Miller 45 acres, which includes two conference center buildings, two homes, three apartments, and sleeping quarters for up to 60 people and a commercial kitchen and dining area, which is where Community Bible School has held all of its retreats, Bible conferences and Sunday evening services for the past 27 years. The lease in 2021 was $6201. per month plus real estate taxes and insurance. The current lease expires in 2026. For the convenience of Community Bible School, Greg and Teresa Miller use one of the residences located on the property in order to manage the conference grounds and host groups. The total lease was $87,340. for the year 2021

Community Bible School received a large donation of $240,000. from an estate in 2011 to be used for the support of our ministries in Nepal. Per our conflict of interest policy, a committee of 7 members, which did not include any disqualified person or persons with a conflict of interest, unanimously voted to loan $120,000.00 of those funds to Greg and Teresa Miller, who are and were officers and directors in 2017. The original terms of the loan were 5 years, interest at 5%, payable monthly, and secured with a first mortgage on a rental property owned by Greg and Teresa Miller. The loan was extended by the same committee for an additional 2 years in December 2021 with the same committee and is due 2/1/2024. All documents were prepared by a lawyer and recorded in Snohomish County, State of Washington. See Schedule L for more details on the loan.

Benevolence - Nepal - We have various pastors and individuals that we help with financial support in their personal ministries. In 2021 we sent $5105.00 to one pastor who distributed those funds to other pastors, orphans, and school children needing financial help. Total grants for 2021 were $20,018.

IRS990ScheduleO/SupplementalInformationDetail/ExplanationTxt5Community Bible School leases from Greg and Teresa Miller 45 acres, which includes two conference center buildings, two homes, three apartments, and sleeping quarters for up to 60 people and a commercial kitchen and dining area, which is where Community Bible School has held all of its retreats, Bible conferences and Sunday evening services for the past 27 years. The lease in 2021 was $6201. per month plus real estate taxes and insurance. The current lease expires in 2026. For the convenience of Community Bible School, Greg and Teresa Miller use one of the residences located on the property in order to manage the conference grounds and host groups. The total lease was $87,340. for the year 2021
IRS990ScheduleO/SupplementalInformationDetail/ExplanationTxt6Community Bible School received a large donation of $240,000. from an estate in 2011 to be used for the support of our ministries in Nepal. Per our conflict of interest policy, a committee of 7 members, which did not include any disqualified person or persons with a conflict of interest, unanimously voted to loan $120,000.00 of those funds to Greg and Teresa Miller, who are and were officers and directors in 2017. The original terms of the loan were 5 years, interest at 5%, payable monthly, and secured with a first mortgage on a rental property owned by Greg and Teresa Miller. The loan was extended by the same committee for an additional 2 years in December 2021 with the same committee and is due 2/1/2024. All documents were prepared by a lawyer and recorded in Snohomish County, State of Washington. See Schedule L for more details on the loan.
