He contracts boat leases and works with the owners; hires, trains, and supervises staff; purchases and maintains equipment; teaches, works with the boat crew; and directs the bookkeeper. Mathisen is the liason to the schools, staff and bookkeeper. She markets and books the trips, maintains the trip schedule and coordinates the schedule with the staff on board the boat, works with schools for payment of our services, coordinates with the bookkeeper on school billing matters and more.”
