Kristine walker, a member of the riverview village board trustees, is the wife of steve walker who is a member of the board of trustees of riverview care center (a related party).

Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 4

Effective december 1, 2015 riverview village entered into an agreement and plan of merger with related parties riverview lutheran care center and riverview lutheran home of spokane. Pursuant to the articles of merger, effective january 1, 2016, the three entities mergered into a single operating entity with riverview lutheran care center being the surviving entity.
