The general membership of the program is open to all hospitals, organizations, and those clinical institutions, associatons, agencies, societies, or corporations who have an interest in the program and are located in northeast oregon and eastern washington.

Each contributing institution of the blue mountain oncology program may have one representative as part of the voting membership of the blue mountain oncology program. A contributing institution is defined as an institution that contracts for a defined contribution annually.
