Mission

Bellingham whatcom county tourism is a nonprofit, economic development agency responsible for competitively marketing bellingham and whatcom county as a premier, year-round travel destination for leisure, business and meeting attendees and for sports teams, outdoor recreation enthusiasts, and cultural heritage travelers. The organization was created and incorporated in 1978 and has served as the official county-wide tourism brand managers and destination marketers since then.
