Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 1

The executive committee of the board consists of the current officers and the past president. The executive committee advises the chief executive officer and acts on behalf of the board of directors as necessary between board meetings.

Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11

All board members recieved a copy of the form 990. The board's finance committee reviewed the form 990, making comments and asking questions, prior to filing.

Studies by united way or other surveys may be used as well. Board members include an hr recruiter and an hr professional. The process included review and approval by independent persons, comparability data, and contemporaneous substantiation in 2014.

Form 990, Part VI, Section C, Line 19

The organization's governing documents, conflict of interest policy, and financial statements are available upon request.
