“Sound generations' board executive committee has the authority to act on behalf of the board in circumstances of emergent need or requiring urgent action which makes assembly of the full board impractical; and provide monthly board oversight over the management of the affairs, property, and interests of the sound generations corporation. Sound generations' finance committee has the responsibility for the leadership and management of the board's fiduciary responsibility of monitoring the financial health of the organization and keeping the members of the board of directors apprised of sg's financial standing on a bimonthly basis. The finance committee reviews the annual audits prior to presentation to the full board for approval; the fc reviews the draft 990 and approves on behalf of the full board. The final 990 is presented to the full board at the following board meeting.”

Analyzing wage data, performing wage comparisons, and recommending changes to job classifications, pay grades, and the sound generations wage scale as necessary.
