The delegates duly and regularly elected, appointed, or selected to any regularly called session of the North Pacific Union Conference of SDAs, according to the adopted and established rules and regulations thereof. 15 out of the 29 members of the Board of Trustees are to be elected by the Constituent Members of WWU. The other 14 members derive their membership on the Board of Trustees based on holding positions of employment within the Seventh-day Adventist church organization (including one representative from Adventist Health).”
