Governance Explanations

Form 990, Part VI, Section B, line 11B

The Finance Committee will review the 990, and a copy will be distributed to Management and discussed at the Team meeting.

Form 990, Part VI, Section B, line 12C

The Accounting Supervisor monitors compliance forms and updates on an annual basis for existing members and at Board orientations for new members. Involved members would be absent from the discussion and action would depend on the particular issue.

Form 990, Part VI, Section B, line 15A

There was a 2015 Board review of the Executive Director that determined compensation for 2016.

Form 990, Part VI, Section C, line 19
