To provide a suitable place for the lodge and its individual masonic members to practice, foster, and promote the principles of freemasonry and the social, moral, and spiritual benefits of masonic influence. 4. To distribute to the lodge all net income in excess of cash reserves necessary to pay annual expenses of operation, maintenance, repairs, taxes, insurance, and other current expenses.
