During the current fiscal year, the orgranization changed its tax-exempt status from a section 501(c)(4) social welfare organization to a section 501(c)(3) public charity. The irs reissued a determination letter recognizing the organization as excempt under section 501(c)(3) effect march 8, 2024, with public charity status under section 509(a)(2). This is the organizations inital form 990 filed as a 501(c)(3) organization.
