Speakers included: Keynote Presenters Jacques Torres, Jacques Torres Chocolate, and Alex Whitmore of Taza Chocolate; special guest presenter Dr. Darin Sukha, Research Fellow at the Cocoa Research Centre, The University of the West Indies, St. Augustine; HCP presenters Dan Pearson, Maranon Chocolate and Ed Seguine, Seguine Cacao, Cocoa & Chocolate Advisors; workshop presenters included notables such as Frederick Schilling, Dagoba, Brad Kintzer, TCHO; Carla Martin, PhD, FCCI, Emily Stone of Uncommon Cacao, Kate Cavallin, Agroarriba (ECOM) and Greg D'Alessandre of Dandelion Chocolate.
