Mission and Program Overview

Mission

The primary exempt purpose is facilitating meaningful romantic relationships in the U.S. We would like to change our mission to improving the overall relationship between Anglo Americans and Latin Americans in this country. We have written a letter outlining our new mission and program offerings and are awaiting instructions from IRS Tax Exempt and Government Entities for instructions as to where to send the letter and Articles of Amendment from the South Carolina Secretary of State. I've pasted a draft of the letter in Schedule O. The nonprofit attorney we contacted recommended that we send the request of change of mission and Articles of Amendment along with our form 990 but we've been unable to find an e-file provider that allows attachments. I've left voicemails with Brian Woeste from IRS Tax Exempt and Government Entities ID number 1004831 requesting instruction as to where to send the letter and articles.
