The Group will provide a forum, a network of communication and collegial support among its members engaged in traumatic brain injury litigation for the primary purpose of enabling its members to better serve their clients.

The AAJ TBI Litigation Group, Inc. (the Group) is a non-profit business league established for purely educational and charitable purposes.

The AAJ Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) Litigation Group is a specialized litigation group operating under the umbrella of the American Association for Justice (AAJ). Membership in the TBI Litigation Group is open to qualified members of the AAJ who meet specific eligibility criteria. Members have the right to participate in the governance of the group, including electing officers during scheduled business meetings. Voting members approve leadership roles such as Chair, Chair-Elect, Vice-Chair, Secretary, Treasurer, and Parliamentarian. These members are also entitled to receive updates on group activities and participate in member-only resources, such as listservs and newsletters.
