The foundation may also make grants to organizations in countries other than the united states if such organizations are performing charitable, educational, literary and/or scientific purposes within the meaning of section 501(c)(3) of the code. The foundation will require grantees to report the use of grant funds to ensure grant funds are used for the purposes granted and expended only for the purposes granted. The foundation will devote one hundred percent of its funds and activities to its 501(c).”

The foundation worked with grants made to the ngo named child welfare & holistic foundation for rural development (chord). Chord is a non-profit foundation in india based out of hyderabad, that has been serving humanitarian causes for the past 23 years, focusing on multifarious contemporary social issues like elimination of child labor, protection of child rights, education, women empowerment, skill development, community development and natural disaster relief benefiting thousands of women, youth and children at the grassroots level in that region of india. The foundation, together with chord, wants to ensure that educational and skill training opportunities reach the less fortunate so that every child is in school and is learning with dignity and every young man and woman is trained in skills and every neighborhood community prospers. Our inclusive mission is to provide wholesome education to the underprivileged, to extend skill-based training to the unemployed, vulnerable youth, and to create a strong platform for sustained community development.”
