Financial Statement Notes

PART X, LINE 2:

Silver sage manor, inc. Is exempt from income taxes under section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code, except to the extent it has taxable income from activities that are not related to its exempt purposes. Unrelated business income is taxed at the corporate income tax rate. Mss, llc, lsm, llc, osm llc and osm ii, llc are considered disregarded entities for tax purposes. Management believes the manor and related disregarded entities did not have any unrelated business income for 2024 or 2023. The manor also believes it has appropriate support for any tax positions taken, and accordingly, does not have any material uncertain tax positions. Accordingly, no liability for income tax has been provided in the consolidated financial statements for the manor or disregarded entities.
