“Form 990, Part III, Line 4a Summer Camp May-Aug we provide Residential, Trip, Day, Partner, and Specialty Camps. Residential, Trip, and Specialty Camps are 5 days/4 nights, and Day and Partner Camps are 5 days. Specialty Camps are dedicated to children/teens with Neurofibromatosis, Organ Transplant, and Muscular Dystrophy, and campers come from all over the US, Canada, UK, and other international locations. Residential, Day, Partner and Specialty Camps are held at our campus in Emigration Canyon. Travel Trip camps include destinations such as Salt Lake Valley, Park City, Zion, Jackson Hole, Yellowstone, Bryce Canyon, Capitol Reed, and Bear Lake. Our campers include individuals with autism, cerebral palsy, Down syndrome, muscular dystrophy, spina bifida, Prader Willi, spinal cord injury, traumatic brain injury, vision/hearing impairments, amputees, developmental/learning delays, ADHD, learning disabilities, veterans with PTSD, and others. We also provide Adventure Days and Mini-Camps for Hill Airforce Base, Intermountain PKU, St. Ambrose, and others. Additionally, Ropes/Teambuilding/Leadership Trainings would typically be provided. Due to the pandemic, we were not able to run our Residential, Trip and Partner Camp Programs for the Summer of 2020. We continued our Day Camp Programs and opened these programs to everyone regardless if they have a disability or not. From May Aug 2020 we provided 15 weeks of Day Camp, had a total of 1044 campers, providing 610 program hours and 8,777 service hours. The Day Camps are 5 days a week and held at our campus in Emigration Canyon where campers ride horses, swim, fish, hike, and more. By reimagining and reengineering our programs, implementing strict policies and procedures, and by remaining in the red risk zone we were able to open our summer camps early and run 15 weekly sessions. We are happy to announce that we have had zero health issues and zero Covid-19 transmissions throughout the entire process. Form 990, Part III, Line 4bCommunity Based Programs from October 2019-March 2020 provided 3 to 4 activities weekly for children and adults with disabilities. Our students stretch their imagination, learn practical life skills, learn problem solving skills, maximize their potential for independence, and build healthy bodies, minds, and spirits. Activities included Mini-Camps, Drama, Dance, Sports, Horseback Riding, Bowling, Cooking, Classes, Arts & Crafts, and other educational activities. During the months of October-March, we provided 71 activities, for 1,026 people, providing 626 program hours and 8,326 service hours. In March 2020, due to the Pandemic we had to reimagine our Community Based Programs. We recreated our program and re-started in September of 2020, with providing 3 activities a week. In September we provided 10 activities in total, for 40 people, providing 52 program hours and 232 service hours. Our Vocational Rehabilitation Program teaches students skills necessary to enter the work place, financial literacy, and provides hands-on experience. Our Work Experience program allows students to utilize the skills they learned, as they gain real work experience by working for Camp K, and earning a paycheck. We also provide programs to other organizations, including U of U Neuropsychiatric Institute, Primary Childrens Hospital, man school districts, and other organizations. Form 990, Part III, Line 4cOur year round Equestrian Program provided individuals and group horseback lessons, therapeutic riding services, and equine therapy, which helps build confidence, communication, trust, social skills, impulse control, and boundaries, as well as increasing physical strength and balance. Our program focuses on reaching predetermined individuals goals and objectives. We are an inclusive program and provide services to individuals with and without disabilities, as well as special populations. Approximately 85% of our equestrian clients have some type of disability. We served 118 individual”

| IRS990ScheduleO/SupplementalInformationDetail/ExplanationTxt | 7 | Form 990, Part III, Line 4a Summer Camp May-Aug we provide Residential, Trip, Day, Partner, and Specialty Camps. Residential, Trip, and Specialty Camps are 5 days/4 nights, and Day and Partner Camps are 5 days. Specialty Camps are dedicated to children/teens with Neurofibromatosis, Organ Transplant, and Muscular Dystrophy, and campers come from all over the US, Canada, UK, and other international locations. Residential, Day, Partner and Specialty Camps are held at our campus in Emigration Canyon. Travel Trip camps include destinations such as Salt Lake Valley, Park City, Zion, Jackson Hole, Yellowstone, Bryce Canyon, Capitol Reed, and Bear Lake. Our campers include individuals with autism, cerebral palsy, Down syndrome, muscular dystrophy, spina bifida, Prader Willi, spinal cord injury, traumatic brain injury, vision/hearing impairments, amputees, developmental/learning delays, ADHD, learning disabilities, veterans with PTSD, and others. We also provide Adventure Days and Mini-Camps for Hill Airforce Base, Intermountain PKU, St. Ambrose, and others. Additionally, Ropes/Teambuilding/Leadership Trainings would typically be provided. Due to the pandemic, we were not able to run our Residential, Trip and Partner Camp Programs for the Summer of 2020. We continued our Day Camp Programs and opened these programs to everyone regardless if they have a disability or not. From May Aug 2020 we provided 15 weeks of Day Camp, had a total of 1044 campers, providing 610 program hours and 8,777 service hours. The Day Camps are 5 days a week and held at our campus in Emigration Canyon where campers ride horses, swim, fish, hike, and more. By reimagining and reengineering our programs, implementing strict policies and procedures, and by remaining in the red risk zone we were able to open our summer camps early and run 15 weekly sessions. We are happy to announce that we have had zero health issues and zero Covid-19 transmissions throughout the entire process. Form 990, Part III, Line 4bCommunity Based Programs from October 2019-March 2020 provided 3 to 4 activities weekly for children and adults with disabilities. Our students stretch their imagination, learn practical life skills, learn problem solving skills, maximize their potential for independence, and build healthy bodies, minds, and spirits. Activities included Mini-Camps, Drama, Dance, Sports, Horseback Riding, Bowling, Cooking, Classes, Arts & Crafts, and other educational activities. During the months of October-March, we provided 71 activities, for 1,026 people, providing 626 program hours and 8,326 service hours. In March 2020, due to the Pandemic we had to reimagine our Community Based Programs. We recreated our program and re-started in September of 2020, with providing 3 activities a week. In September we provided 10 activities in total, for 40 people, providing 52 program hours and 232 service hours. Our Vocational Rehabilitation Program teaches students skills necessary to enter the work place, financial literacy, and provides hands-on experience. Our Work Experience program allows students to utilize the skills they learned, as they gain real work experience by working for Camp K, and earning a paycheck. We also provide programs to other organizations, including U of U Neuropsychiatric Institute, Primary Childrens Hospital, man school districts, and other organizations. Form 990, Part III, Line 4cOur year round Equestrian Program provided individuals and group horseback lessons, therapeutic riding services, and equine therapy, which helps build confidence, communication, trust, social skills, impulse control, and boundaries, as well as increasing physical strength and balance. Our program focuses on reaching predetermined individuals goals and objectives. We are an inclusive program and provide services to individuals with and without disabilities, as well as special populations.
