“| Explanation:| The organizations conflict of interest policy requires interested persons including all officers and directors to proactively disclose the existence of any actual or potential conflict of interest together with all material facts to the board or committee considering the proposed transaction or arrangement. Following this disclosure the interested person must leave the board or committee meeting while the disinterested directors discuss and determine whether a conflict of interest exists. If the disinterested directors determine that an actual or potential conflict exists they then will consider whether the organization can with reasonable efforts secure a more advantageous transaction or arrangement. If a more advantageous transaction or arrangement is not possible under circumstances not producing a conflict of interest the board will then determine by a majority vote of the disinterested directors i.e. without the presence or participation of the interested director whether the proposed transaction or arrangement is fair reasonable and in the best interest. Annually the organizations board members and officers are provided a copy of the organizations Conflict of Interest Policy and each of them completes and signs a statement confirming that they have reviewed the policy and disclosed any interests that could give rise to conflicts.”

Goals To nurture and prepare young artists by exposing them to world-class dynamic arts professionals and instructors and facilitating performances classes and workshops. To enrich local communities through performance service and educational opportunities that seek to dismantle cultural barriers through unique collaborations and artistic excellence. To highlight promote and assist exceptional local and international artists by providing support in navigating international travel requirements such as like artist visas and immigration documentation. To serve as an incubator for artists in the emerging phase of their careers cultivating their artistry assisting with marketing and other skills and materials required to work professionally providing opportunities for cross-cultural and interdisciplinary collaborations with other artists. Among the methods we use to achieve these objectives we engage extraordinary talent including logistical and travel support services as well as benefits such as financial assistance to families in need and many other service in between to grow a uniquely inclusive and beneficial program for the region.”
