Supplemental Narrative

Additional Explanations

Pt VI, Line 11B

The Federal 990 was distributed to all board members by mail or email for discussion and approval

Pt XI

The adjustment is to bridge the gap between the cash basis of account used last year and the accrual basis employed in the current year.

Pt XII, Line 1

The Organization changed from the cash basis of accounting used last year to the accrual basis of accounting in the current year. This standardizes the accounting methods used for the audit report and tax return. The current year impact of the switch is a $25,101 adjustment to the last year equity number.

Pt XII, Line 2C

The Organization shares the audit report and tax return simultaneously with the Executive Director and board of directors for review before issuance and filing.
