We reported on city government, the city school district, crime, profiles of residents along with information regarding civic, social and cultural events happening in the city. We added a part-time reporter for coverage of cultural and social events and we increased our presence on social media. Additionally, we applied for funding from a new foundation for coverage of the environment. Our board of directors met quarterly during the year where a budget was adopted.”
