Members of the corporation may be any citizen of the united state of majority age, interested in the extension of the objectives of the corporation, who has duly executed and filed an application for membership which has been approved by majority vote of the board of directors, shall be considered a voting member of the general membership of the corporation. PART X, LINE 2:

Accounting for uncertainty in income taxes the project recognizes the effect of income tax positions only when they are more likely than not to be sustained. Management has determined that the project had no uncertain tax positions that require financial statement recognition or disclosure. The project is no longer subject to examination by the applicable taxing jurisdictions for periods prior to 2021.
