From the board and committee policies review of form 990 policy each director shall be provided a copy of the form 990 for review before it is filed on behalf of the corporation. The board may charge a committee of the board to conduct a more thorough review of the form 990. The committee shall report to the board in a timely fashion the results of its review of the form 990.”
