The executive board reviews policies and procedures for the operation of Dixie Care and Share and reports to the full board for their information and approval. The executive director and director of operations give reports on the activities and finances at each monthly board meeting. Adam Dunn the Chairman of the board is available and communicates with the executive director and director of operations between our monthly meetings. If things come up that need current attention we do not wait until the next meeting to address those needs. The staff members and volunteers know they can contact the executive board or and board member to report concerns that they have. The homeless prevention assistance program was turned back over to the State for administration. Jae Maxfield is the new executive director. Robert Schafer continues as the operations director.
