“Expenses for programming and services not rendered by volunteers.”
“Other services provided included: participation in a university and community led study to involve older adults in developing an emergency preparedness plan for our city. This will enable everyone to understand roles and responsibilities when we are confronted with crisis such as the Covid-19 Pandemic; a partnership with the Health Department and key health institutions/agencies to enable older adults to have ready access to healthy eating and healthy living resources and the creation of an early relationship with continuing care retirement community groups to replace entry into long term care facilities such as nursing homes.”
