“70west counseling is a faith-based counseling center to help all who are in need as they are faces with a period of sadness, trial,loss, frustration or failure in their lives. Regardless of your resources you will not be turned away. Furthermore the center serves as a training ground for interns in college seeking to experience and learn a biblical approach to counseling by giving grace and hope to those in need. 7 interns are overseen by a licensed practitioner with over 40 years of experience.”

“In 2022, more than 3,200 hours of service went to those in need via individual therapy sessions conducted in person or through telehealth. In addition, well over 1,200 hours of service were given by clinicians in group therapy settings. All service hours were offered at little or no cost to those in need of mental health care or enrichment who would otherwise have found it difficult to obtain care. Clients from more than ten referring agencies were provided with services, and these agencies represented six different communities and five different counties in the denver metro area. Volunteer clinicians traveled to an inner-city denver site to deliver much-needed mental health services to individuals who would not otherwise have had access to mental health care. Mental health services were also provided to a large retirement community in the north metro denver and over 300 hours of individual and group hours were provided to in-patient assisted living seniors. 70 west counseling has expanded its services in the last year, reaching a more extensive, diverse clientele crossing racial, socio-economic, age, and cultural lines.”
