Conflict of interest policy compliance Part VI line 12C

New Board members sign a conflict of interest form as part of a comprehensive orientation which includes the policy language. At the Board of Directors annual meeting, all members of the Board sign the conflict of interest form. Our conflict of interest policy is reviewed and monitored through the Boards Governance committee, chaired by the Vice President.
