The executive director receives and reviews the form 990 from the cpa firm. After review, the form 990 is emailed to the entire board. After final review, the form 990 is signed by the executive director.

The executive director salary is negotiated and set by the board of directors, but the wage and salary study is utilized as reference. The wage and salary study table is a comparative study of agencies within the region. All other employee wages are set and based on the wage and salary study table.

Native partnership for housing (nph) maintains escrow accounts for first mortgages in association with their loan program services. Nph collects funds from loan receipients as part of their loan payments to pay home owners insurance and, where applicable, property taxes on behalf of the borrower. Nph maintains these accounts in accordance with section 10 of the real estate settlement procedures act.
