Unknown Organization

This corporation is organized exclusively for charitable purposes, including for such purposes the making of distributions to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations under section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code of 1986 (or amendment thereto). The objects and purposes for which the corporation was formed are as follows: to promote the interest and welfare of new mexico military institute located at roswell, new mexico; to afford a permanent means of contact between the new mexico military institute and its alumni; to create, establish and maintain scholarship and to collect and administer trust funds and endowments for the use and benefit of new mexico institute alumni association and to do generally any and all things which may be deemed advisable, necessary or desirable in the interest of the new mexico military institute, its cadets, faculty, and alumni.
