Our faith-based mission through the hope and healing of Jesus Christ is to break the cycle of destructive behaviors among families and young people by providing mental health services and eliminating mental health disparities. We will also strive to raise awareness of mental health disparities related to depression anxiety PTSD trauma and other mood disorders. The organization will offer mental health services both professional and paraprofessional mentorship programs as well as partnerships with schools to provide psychoeducation to community groups and civic organizations. Children adults and families will go through an application and screening process to determine their needs. Following the evaluation the organization will craft a treatment plan that will consist of Christian counseling mentorship or community-based resources. There is no set amount of time or duration for the program as the organization is determined to reduce the suicide and poverty rate in Baxter
