“Citizens for a strong democracy csd is a bipartisan organization whose mission is to educate and engage voters across the country.”

“Program description continued of its leadership to provide ongoing education to the general public about the practices and institutions that are vital to preserving and promoting democracy in the united states. More specifically, the organization anticipates that public policies that encourage the safety and security of local, state and national political elections, as well as public policies that protect voting rights and ensure the peaceful transfer of power, will be a particular focus of its research and public education efforts. Csd will conduct public awareness and education campaigns and will primarily communicate through national and local broadcast and cable, radio and digital channels, as well as direct mail efforts in all of its research and educational activities, the organization will provide a full and fair exposition of the pertinent facts as to permit individuals and the public to form an independent opinion or conclusion with respect to the subjects or issues presented. In doing so, the organization shall involve appropriate policy analysts in cooperation, joint research, policy analysis, and development. Specific examples of the programs and activities the organization will develop, sponsor and conduct in furtherance of its mission include 1. The creation and distribution to the public of data, research, and public policy analyses concerning the safety and security of elections, including information that explains the voting process 2. Education and awareness campaigns through traditional and digital media regarding democratic processes, election integrity and transparency in the united states, including topics related to the peaceful transfer of power and the continuity of government 3. Research and educational programs concerning the practices and institutions that are necessary to uphold democracy and the democratic process 4. Engagement opportunities for citizens to actively participate in the democratic process, and to connect and collaborate on issues that impact election safety and security, as well as continuity of government.”
