HOPE P.E.A.R.L.S is a 12-month program that is broken down into 12 weeks increments: We prepare girls ages 7 to18 to meet the challenges of adolescence & young adulthood through several coordinated, progressive series of high-quality activities & learning experiences that help them achieve social, emotional, spiritual, & physical well being. Girls participate in group mentoring, community service, and enrichment activities as they gain the ability to affirm, lead themselves and others on a course of action. They also recognize their strengths and weaknesses, set personal goals, & have the self-confidence & self esteem to pursue and implement their plans. Our Objective: Make decisions, set goals, keep motivated, and focused on their goals. Improve in school. Nurture their confidence & self esteem. Listen to them and help them solve their problems. Introduce them to new ideas, activities, and opportunities. Explore career possibilities. Meet successful people
