The Board of Directors is responsible for establishing compensation for the executive director. The board will conduct a review of the executives compensation annually. This review will include a comparison of compensation paid by similarly sized organizations in the same geographical location. In setting the compensation for the Executive Director, the Board, through a committee, will employ non-profit industry best practices and existing compensation surveys in determining appropriate compensation for Monarch 61 Projects executive director. The committee will document its process for the full boards review. The boards committee will consider the following, among other factors: The individuals duties and responsibilities. THE RISE PROGRAM IS AN EIGHT-WEEK PROGRAM THAT RESTORES POWER TO SURVIVORS OF TRAUMA AND ABUSE THROUGH MINDFULNESS, TRAUMA-INFORMED YOGA, CREATIVE ENGAGEMENT, AND SELF-DEFENSE. WOMEN SPEND TWO HOURS EACH WEEK IN A VARIETY OF ACTIVITIES DESIGNED TO STRENGHTEN AND EMPOWER. DIGNITIY, IDENTITY AND SELF-ESTEEM ARE RESTORED AS WOMEN TAKE BACK THE POWER OVER THEIR LIVES THAT WAS ONCE LOST. ROOTED STARTED AS A PILOT PROGRAM FOR YOUNG WOMEN IN A LOCAL HIGH SCHOOL IN 2021 AND EXPANDED TO SERVE OVER FIFTY YOUNG WOMEN IN THREE AREA HIGH SCHOOLS FOR THE 22/23 SCHOOL YEAR. ROOTED IS AN IMMERSIVE COACHING INITIATIVE THAT EMPOWERS WOMEN TO GROW IN CONFIDENCE, SECURITY, SELF-LOVE, EMOTIONAL HEALTH, AND RELATIONSHIP BUILDING. ROOTED WILL LAUNCH AN INHOUSE MONTHLY GATERING FOR 6TH AND 7TH GRADE GIRLS FOR THE 23/24 SCHOOL YEAR ALONG WITH AN ONLINE COACHING PLATFORM FOR ALL WOMEN IN 2024.

The board will conduct a review of the executives compensation annually. This review will include a comparison of compensation paid by similarly sized organizations in the same geographical location. In setting the compensation for the Executive Director, the Board, through a committee, will employ non-profit industry best practices and existing compensation surveys in determining appropriate compensation for Monarch 61 Projects executive director. The committee will document its process for the full boards review. The boards committee will consider the following, among other factors: The individuals duties and responsibilities. The number of employees the individual managesThe size The indivuals duties and responsibilities. The number of employees the individual manages. The size of the budet or assets the individual manages. The number of hours worked. Geographical regional. The number of persons served by the organization. The Executive Director will set compensation for the entire organization with consideration of the same factors.
