WOMEN SPEND TWO HOURS EACH WEEK IN A VARIETY OF ACTIVITIES DESIGNED TO STRENGHTEN AND EMPOWER. DIGNITIY, IDENTITY AND SELF-ESTEEM ARE RESTORED AS WOMEN TAKE BACK THE POWER OVER THEIR LIVES THAT WAS ONCE LOST. ROOTED STARTED AS A PILOT PROGRAM FOR YOUNG WOMEN IN A LOCAL HIGH SCHOOL IN 2021 AND EXPANDED TO SERVE OVER FIFTY YOUNG WOMEN IN THREE AREA HIGH SCHOOLS FOR THE 22/23 SCHOOL YEAR. ROOTED IS AN IMMERSIVE COACHING INITIATIVE THAT EMPOWERS WOMEN TO GROW IN CONFIDENCE, SECURITY, SELF-LOVE, EMOTIONAL HEALTH, AND RELATIONSHIP BUILDING. ROOTED WILL LAUNCH AN INHOUSE MONTHLY GATERING FOR 6TH AND 7TH GRADE GIRLS FOR THE 23/24 SCHOOL YEAR ALONG WITH AN ONLINE COACHING PLATFORM FOR ALL WOMEN IN 2024. |
