“The Organization outsourced the duties for its position of President / Executive Director to the firm Lara PR. These duties are fulfilled by Lara Wyss, President of Lara PR. The Organization incurred fees totaling $36,000 to Lara PR during the year ended December 31, 2020 for such executive director services of which $27,000 was paid as of December 31, 2020.”

“The Organization has two types of members - voting and non-voting. Membership is open to any for-profit corporation, nonprofit corporation, government organization, educational institution or other enterprise or individual that is (i) supportive of the Organization's purpose, (ii) deemed reasonably appropriate by the Board of Directors and (iii) not otherwise prohibited by treaty, law or regulation from abiding by the terms of the Organization's bylaws. Applicants shall be admitted to membership upon (i) approval by the majority of the Board of Directors, (ii) execution of a membership ageement, and (iii) payment of applicable annual dues.”

“The Organization has filed an amended return to correct for various financial reporting errors determined durings its recently completed audit for the period July 27, 2020 (inception) through December 31, 2021. A number of these errors impacted the balances as of December 31, 2020 as previously reported on the original 2020 Federal Form 990 filing. Specifically, total assets were decreased by $468,379; total liabilities were increased by $36,559; total net assets were decreased by $504,938; total revenue was decreased by $517,295 and total expenses were decreased by $12,357.”
