Mission

The foundation, an organization exempt from federal income tax under section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code of 1986, as amended (the "code"), carries on various charitable and educational programs and activities supporting its primary mission to represent persons that manufacture drugs (both prescription and nonprescription, branded and generic), herbal remedies, drug products, biologics, medical devices and any other similar products to plan and operate drug take-back programs and similar drug stewardship programs in u.s. States and jurisdictions that pass drug take-back or similar drug stewardship laws.
