Sugarcane Partners, Inc. ("Sugarcane Partners") was organized, and will operate, for the purpose of (1) improving efficiency in sugar cane supply chains, (2) improving the overall quality of the agriculture product produced by its members (i.e., sugar cane), and (3) improving the working conditions of laborers in the sugar cane industry.
