To preserve the environment and history of bath, georgia and to inculcate in the public, through education, research, farming and the arts, an appreciation of the rich historical, cultural and ecological aspects of the bath community, and to make distributions to or for the use of organizations organized and operated exclusively for charitable, educational, literary, scientific or religious purposes within the meaning of section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code.
