To serve as the general partner or managing member of entities formed for the purposes of developing safe and quality housing for low income and economically destressed families and other persons, providing housing management and related services for low income and economically destressed families and other persons, encouraging investment in quality affordable housing and senior housing projects, and developing and implementing strategies to maintain quality senior and affordable housing properties; iii.
