“The stemarts lab is a research and innovation project that applies the latest science research and technological innovations to arts and education through interdisciplinary collaborations. We deliver real world sci-art installations and steam programming for schools, art and science organizations, festivals or events.”

“Stemarts lab collaborates with artists, festivals, museums and and interdisciplinary organizations to create sci-art installations and design challenges with steam-integrated curricula. Stemarts programs develop artistic, scientific and humanistic literacy by building in-depth curriculum around innovative and immersive sci-art experiences. We provide students and teachers in under served and rural communities with real world 21st century skill development and exciting global/local learning opportunities through the following programs. Stemarts lab has designed and produced, space messengers, a multi-artist traveling "mixed reality" installation and international youth exchange. The space-themed curriculum is created in partnership with artists and experts from renowned laboratories such as cern, nasa, and lanl. Access the speaker videos and activity guides and become part of this international sci-art project. Students (ages 14-19) can apply to be steam ambassadors and upon successful completion will receive the following benefits; steam ambassador certificate; listing on the stemarts lab website as steam ambassadors with profile photo; referral letter for a job or scholarship; eligible to participate as 'virtual" steam ambassadors, or for other steam opportunities with space messengers event as it travels.”
