The geographic focus area includes municipalities in the South Fulton County GA region. Our overarching goal is to 1 increase resident civic engagement with local community faith-based organizations 2 Supplement the capacity of community faith-based organizations schools government and private sectors to engage the support of their communities and 3 Generate revenue; earned individual public & private support to sustain the effort.

Behavioral Mental Health Community Action Team (BMH-CAT) The BMH-CAT 2020 annual work plan focused on collecting primary data from residents in the following targeted zip codes: 30315, 30337, 30344, 30354. The purpose of the assessment was to determine and understand the following: The mental health drivers, types of BMH issues, and available resources for residents The types of BMH issues faced by residents in the targeted zipcodes The population by segments in the targeted zip codes experiencing BMHissues Create anasset-basedmap of BMH resources available to residents in the targeted zipcodes.Validate or identify potential strategies, initiatives and activities to improve the BMH of residents Highlights of BMH-CAT Activities and Accomplishments 2020 1.
