Our mission is to create community benefits by accepting donations of environmentally impaired real estate assets, reducing or eliminating the impairment, thus producing sale-able property, the proceeds of such sale will further the philanthropic purposes of realty restoration gift fund (rrgf) and the charities that benefit from such grants made by rrgf.

The activity of acquiring and selling a building located in albuquerque, new mexico has been determined to be an exempt purposes activity. Consequently, this income has been removed from the 990-t and has been reclassified on parts viii and ix. On the originally filed return, the organization failed to report a real estate asset which was donated in 2014 on the balance sheet part x. Parts x and part xi have been updated accordingly. Part iii and various other items have been updated related to the changes discussed above. Schedule a has been updated to reflect donations in excess of 2% of total support on part, iii, section a, line 5.
