| Coming Back to Life Sept 12 - 18, 2023 (6 nights / 7 days) with Monika Wikman, Ph.D. and Diane Haug MA, LPCC 18 participants and 4 staff. Given the impact of Covid in 2020 and 2021, the vision for this retreat is to create sacred space, time in nature, and communion with one another. Nature, self-reflective practices, and community will provide the ground from which we explore the inner promptings toward new life. By taking the time to tune in with our deep inner core, we access the growing energies that seek to flow into life in new and different ways. Using tools such as council, dream-tending, embodiment practices, writing, art making , active imagination, myth and conscious breathing (*modified breath practices as opposed to traditional Grof Holotropic Breathwork), we will seek fresh attunement into the intrinsic wisdom and presence of psyche within that seeks its own rebirth into our daily lives. | - | $12,225 |
