Financial Statement Notes

PART X, LINE 2:

The organization operates as a not-for-profit corporation and has received exempt status under irc sec 501(c)(6) of the internal revenue code and, accordingly, no provision has been made for income taxes. Te organization would record a liability for uncertain tax positions when it became probably that a loss has been incurred and the amount can be reasonably estimated. As of december 31, 2015 and 2014, no liabilities for uncertain tax positions have been recorded. The organization's tax returns for years 2012 to 2015, by statute, may be subject to normal federal and state examination.
